Been on a round trip 3 times with them scheduled by Logisticare. Every time they've been late. I have a back injury and they speed like crazy because they were late and once I lost my appointment and had to wait and extra hour for them to pick me up. 2 of the cars have been extremely dirty and smelled like cigarette.

I had been cycling over 70 miles when I got a horrible cramp. I was still over 25 miles from my car and had no options getting back to my car. I called EDM and the operator was extremely helpful, reassured me the driver would be there within 20 minutes and they would text me when he arrived.. The driver should up right on time, and quickly got me to my car about 30 minutes away. The car did smell of smoke but the driver and operator and their service was perfect and I am very appreciative, especially in light of the emergency. THANKS!

The driver had no idea how to get to my destination and was very disrespectful and even cursed at me and called me rude names like stupid for instance, when I was unsure of how to get to my destination as I have a severe mental impairment aka disability. I will never use this company again.
