I just discovered today that when Gabe's told me the struts and transmission flush I had just had done elsewhere at The Auto Zone was not actually done HE WAS RIGHT. I did bring the car back to The Auto Zone and was told by the Manager No No No we would never do such a thing. Today a year and less than 2000 miles later I find Gabe's was absolutely correct. I had to replace all the struts. Anyway...my point is Gabe's is great and I should have trusted his advice.
Gabe is the best person and all his workers are awesome. I trust him and his work. I have never had a problem there only good comes from that shop. Thanks Gabe and crew. I am a customer for life
I love Gabes. I've been going to Gabes for 10 years now. He is the most honest man in Auto Repair. He has a passion for cars and he is a great guy to do business with. His new shop is beautiful, organized and clean. I wouldn't dare think of going anywhere else. Gabes is the best.
Worst customer service ever! Went about 6 months ago for an inspection. I showed up without an appointment and was told by Gabe that he didn't want to waste his time on my car. He said it wouldn't pass with the tint. I told him it would, I'm here can you try. So after persuading him he does it and it passed everything fine no problem. All the while with him telling me how his corvette is so mush faster then my car. When I went to pay with my debit card he asks me to go across the street to the ATM and pay him cash instead. So, I do it, give him the money and he sticks it in his pocket! Now my other car is due for inspection and I decide to give him another shot. Trying to support local business. I called yesterday and talked to his wife who says after 5 is a better time to come in. Today I call and Gabe answers. I ask to make an appointment after 5 and remind him who I was from last time. His response is, what do I think I waits here to do an inspection? It's probably another "fancy car" too right? You don't come here for me to work on your car, you don't send me your family's cars. Why should I do your inspection? I tell him it's the law that's why, he owns a mechanic shop! I told him I'd NEVER do business there and I'm going elsewhere for my inspections. Horrible, Extremely Rude Man!
I had to bring 2 vehicles there. I was in a pinch and they helped me out considerably. This is a great shop with affordable pricing. I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else. Awesome job guys.
